Brighton, UK ~ 2010

A day visit to Brighton, about 30km from Eastbound. Traveling via bus enjoying the sea side view from A259 coaster road. Brighton is a seaside resort in the county of East Sussex. It is a constituent part of the city of Brighton and Hove, created from the formerly separate towns of Brighton and Hove.

It is sometimes called "London-by-the-Sea" for this reason. Brighton is typically referred to as the gay capital of Britain. There is a significant gay district in Kemp Town which adds to the Bohemian atmosphere of the city. Brighton has long been the capital of decadence and hedonism in Britain.

Brighton Marina centres on the busy yacht harbour, where sailboats moor at the quay. It’s a chic shopping hub with fashion boutiques, galleries, and craft shops, plus casual eateries with terraces overlooking the water.
