This
is my longest open sea swimming event. 4km x 2 loop open water swim to the Pulau Gasing and Puland Pasir island then return. I estimate to finish the
swim about 4.30hr but surprisingly i manage to finished is a good timing for myself below 4hrs which is about almost as i swim in the pool.

if you are near by Tanjung Rhu. Best Fish & Chip in Langkawi.

Great medal, my longest swim in my life.
The next challenge will be OceanMan 10km Swim for me.
