A total of 894 people from 54 countries took part in the main category
of the Ironman 70.3 Desaru Coast race, with 274 of them from Malaysia,
245 from Singapore and others from India, the Philippines, Japan, Hong
Kong, the United Kingdom, France, Australia and the United States.
There is around 290 participant DNF for this year super hot race.
