This was my most suffered run from my life, due to low mileage of training. Was injured since last year July and no training at all since then, in USA business trip in early May. Come back Malaysia jet lag and only train for 56km before the marathon 😅. My feet start to cry during 26km, i know is not a good sign but mental need to take over and need to complete it before my target 6hrs time. Love the pain after the run, hope this is a wake up call for me to start train for my 2025 activities 😎
