My 1st ever IronMan event, join as a team relay to gain experiences, We name it PowerPlay team.
Sim Course is just 1 loop for 1.9 km
Bike course is 2 x 45 km loops for 90km
Run course is 2 x 10.5km for 21km
My friend Yap had participate for many years
Team PowerPlay, from the left, Koh, Ivan and me. All are Virgin to IronMan.
Koh do the Swim leg, I do the bike leg and Ivan go for the run leg.
Jackson, Phylix and Tommy are Virgin too

Looking forward to join next year for Solo.
Took me 3hr 42 minute for 90km cycle, seem a bit slow but ok lah for the 1st timer. will
train harder and go for Solo 70.3 next year, ultimately go for IronMan after few years.
