Grouse mountain vancouver, Canada 2014

It just less than 30 minutes drive from the city’s downtown Vancouver to Grouse mountain. Rising 1,250 metres (4,100 feet) above Vancouver and , is the vast alpine playground of Grouse Mountain.  The iconic Red Skyride gives visitors the opportunity to see the majestic nature of B.C  during the approx 8 minute ride from the Valley Station to the summit.

Grouse Grind is affectionately called "Mother Nature's Stairmaster" because of its steep grade and total elevation gain of approximately 850 metres (2,800 feet). It is a thigh-burning 90-minute trek, depending on your fitness level, but it's an invigorating way to get a great workout and to take in stunning outdoor beauty in a short time.

We decide to hike up then down via Skyride

Took me almost 90 minutes to hike up.

Capilano Suspension Bridge was built in 1889 and stretches 450 feet across and 230 feet above the raging waters of the Capilano River.  Nice place to visit but we decided skip this attraction.
