Don's recipe for marinated lamb, this is my simple recipe. Hope you like it.
Combine all ingredients marinade over the lamb chops for 3 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Taste much better if keep in freezer for overnight.
Can adjust to suit your taste, more salt or more sweet by adding salt and sugar.
Ingredients :
2 Table spoon of Kicap Manis
2 Table spoon of Sesame Oil
1 Table spoon of Maggie Seasoning
2 Table spoon of Soy Sauce
2 Table spoon of Chicken Stock
1 Table Spoon of White Pepper
1 Table Spoon of Black Pepper
1 Table Spoon Black Pepper,
1 Table Spoon Italian Herbs
1 Table Spoon Basil Leaves
Instruction :
Coated the sauce on all the lamb body
Stack the lamb
Apply Black Pepper
Apply Italian Herbs and Basil Leaves(Optional)
Cover it up for 30 minutes
Flip the marinated lamb position.
Apply Black Pepper, Italian Herbs and Basil Leaves
Cover it up and keep in the refrigerator.
Cooking Method :
1. BBQ
2. Pan Fried
3. Xin Jiang style Lamb rice
