Tom Yum Soup

 

Traditional Tom Yum Kung



Ingredients :  

10 Pieces of Prawns
2 Table spoon of Chicken Stock
3 Table spoon of Fish Sauce
2 Slice of Ginger
2 Pieces of Lime
4 Pieces of Curry Leave 
1 Pieces of Garlic
2 Pieces of LemonGrass
3 Pieces of Chili
1 Carrot, Sliced

 Instruction :

Clean the prawns and cut the head  

Prepare all ingredients

Heat up the pan and friend the prawn head

Add in a bowl of water and boil

Add in all ingredient, cover with lid for 5 minuts

Add in Prawn and mushroom (Optional)

Cook for 3 minutes

Add in Salt and Pepper according to taste

Tum Yum is ready to served
