Ingredients :
2 crabs (medium sized, 500g to 700g each)
2 Table spoon of Cooking Oil
1 Table spoon of Sesame Oil
6 sliced of ginger (minced or sliced)
1 garlic (minced or cube)
1 Onion (minced or cube)
8 Table spoon of Maggi Chili Sauce
8 Table spoon of Maggi Tomato Sauce
1/2 Table spoon of white pepper
1 Table spoon of Sugar
Instruction :
1st Kill the crab, this is the nasty step for many people. You need to do it to enjoy the best fresh crab meat.

Heat up oil in a wok
Set it to medium heat
Add in Ginger, Garlic and Onion
Add in the crab and toss it for a minute
Now add in Maggi Chile and Tomato sauce, pepper, sugar
Add in some water
Toss it to make sure all the sauce are evenly cover on the crab
Cover up the lip for 8 minutes
Monitor the sauce (Add more water if too dry)
Adjust to your taste and the thickness of the sauce
Open the lip and stir and the crab is ready to serve
