This recipe just need 15 minutes to cook.The method is just like you steam a fish
2 crabs (medium sized, 500g to 700g each)
6 sliced of ginger (minced or sliced)
1 garlic (minced or cube)
1/2 Table spoon of white pepper
6 table spoon of sauce
Instruction :
1st Kill the crab, this is the nasty step for many people. You need to do it to enjoy the best fresh crab meat.
refer to my crab killing step :
1. Boiled up water for the steamer
2. Set the Crab in a plate, put the ginger and garlic inside the body and cover up with the shell.
3. Apply balance of the ginger and garlic on top of the crab
4. Put the crab in the steamer for 10 minutes.
5. Open up the lid after 10 minute, pour out the steam water from the plate
6. Pour 6 table spoon of the HK Style steam fish sauce
7.The crab is ready to serve
